Executive Officer Position Available
Rochester Area Builders is seeking a highly qualified Executive Director to oversee the organization. This position will be responsible for administration of the organization and its numerous councils, management of staff, financial oversight, procedures & controls, and legal compliance. The Executive Director will also be responsible for attending meetings both internal and external as a representative of the organization.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, leadership, financial management, and interpersonal skills. This person will organize, direct and coordinate staff and their activities to achieve the organization’s strategic plan as defined by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. An open collaborative leadership style is needed to foster productive working relationships with association partners, internal staff, and the Board of Directors. A proven track record for growing business and income is essential. A college degree and/or commensurate level of experience in a business-related field and a minimum of three years management experience are highly desirable for this position.
