In October 1990, Maplewood based Premier Bank acquired eight former Midwest Federal Savings offices. At that time the 421 1st Ave SW, Green Meadows, and Hillcrest offices became the Premier Bank Rochester charter. In 2005 Premier Bank Rochester opened its fourth office at North Broadway and 37th Street. Honesty, Integrity and Responsiveness are the values that have guided Premier Bank Rochester's history.
