A busy family with an outdated and uninspiring space wanted a kitchen and family room where they could reconnect at the end of each day. Architectural columns, Brazilian Cherry floors and fireplace surround were added as well as new custom furniture in the family room. The complete kitchen remodel is perfect for two cooks as well as hosting a small group of friends. The kitchen features glazed cabinets, sage island, oiled bronze appliances, custom stained glass cabinet and stunning light fixtures.

Project Goals:

1. Update materials/color scheme and define individual spaces within the family room.
2. Redesign kitchen layout to provide better functionality for two cooks.
3. Improve storage and work areas in back entry/laundry.
4. Create a cohesive space that encompasses the homeowner’s strong sense of color.

Directions: From Hwy 52 N take the Salem Road Exit heading west. At the first stoplight turn right onto Fox Valley Drive SW and head north.
Turn left onto 23rd Ave SW, then left onto Baihly Heights Dr SW, which turns into Baihly Summit Dr. The house will be on your right after the curve.
