Seavey Builders, Inc. invites you to tour a project we are so proud of. An open floor plan was ideal for this lower level remodel, creating a nice flow to the new living space. Not only beautiful but inviting the kitchen and bar fit perfectly in the room. With careful planning and relocation, a full bathroom was added. Beams are necessary but not always complimentary. Dan handcrafted overlays for the support columns with wood moldings. They are now an important design element to the project.

Directions: From Hwy 63 N turn right onto 48th St NE. Follow 48th St approximately 2.5 miles. Driveway will be on the right. Take the center drive and follow up the hill to the home.
