Project Address: 6724 Buckridge Court NE, Rochester MN

Entire interior of home stripped bare to the sheetrock then all redone.  A three story addition was added off the rear plus a main floor laundry/mudroom was built into part of the existing garage.  The project style is a mix of Prairie and Asian.  The home reflects a new high level of design and execution.  This is the first time StoneBridge Builders has offered a remodel project to be on the tour.  A must see.

Project Goals:

1. To update a 22 year old design, reflecting a cleaner, more modern look and function.  2. A larger kitchen and dining room plus a main floor laundry integrated by a wrap around rear deck. 3. Add a master bedroom/bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. 4. Additional cabinetry and storage to aid livability.

Directions:  From Hwy 63 N turn left onto Buckridge Drive NE.  Turn left onto Buckridge Court.  6724 is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
