For decades, Rochester Area Builders has proudly hosted the Showcase of Homes and the Remodelers Tour, signature events that have welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors and showcased the very best in local homebuilding, remodeling, and design. That strong legacy isn’t changing - it's growing.
In a unanimous decision, the RAB board has voted to approve a strategic partnership with Housing First so that now what had been know as the Showcase of Homes and the Remodelers Tour will now join forces with and be known from this point on as Parade of Homes - Rochester.
This move strengthens the impact of our marketing dollars, expands visibility for participating builders and remodelers, and offers the public a more seamless and exciting experience. Members can be confident that this partnership elevates the value of participation, while the community gains an even more compelling way to explore the latest homes, innovations, and design trends.
