There’s nothing quite like stepping inside a home and experiencing it for yourself.

The Parade of Homes-Rochester gives you the chance to tour homes throughout the Greater Rochester area, see the latest in home design and building, gather ideas for your own home, and connect with the local builders and remodelers behind the work.

Whether you’re thinking about building, planning a remodel, looking for your next home or simply love seeing what’s new, the Parade is your opportunity to explore it all in person.

For decades, Rochester Area Builders has been bringing our community together to experience the best of local homebuilding and remodeling. The Parade of Homes-Rochester continues that tradition.

Come tour. Get inspired. And see what’s being built right here in our community.
