Thank you for entering the 2025 Remodelers Tour! Your investment in the community makes this event possible. If you have questions or need help, please email Amber or call (507) 282-7698.

How to Register

Want to register? Just follow the steps below, regardless of entry type:

• Shine Bright in the Spotlight – This is your moment — complete your registration here.
  Download these forms, sign them, and email them to Amber at Amber@rochesterareabuilders.com.
• Download this form and have it signed by both the remodeler and homeowner
• Pay your entry fee and deposit.

In addition, by August 20 2025, you will need to submit:

1. Certificate of Insurance, which must list Rochester Area Builders Inc as an additional insured
2. One vertical ‘before’ photo (at least 1000px tall) and two horizontal ‘after’ photos (at least 1000px wide)

Deadlines

• June 30: Early registration deadline ($250 off entry fee)
• July 11: Final deadline to: Amber at Amber@rochesterareabuilders.com
  • Submit entries with entry fee and deposit (separate check for deposit)
  • Make substitutions or pricing changes
  • Submit photos/images and directions
  • Cancel for a 50% refund of entry fee
  • Sign pick up: September 26th
  • Sign drop off: September 29th
