How to Register
Want to register? Just follow the steps below, regardless of entry type:
- Complete your online registration at this link
- Download these forms, sign them, and email them to Elizabeth at email@example.com.
- Pay your entry fee and deposit. Entry fees can be paid by credit card; deposits must be paid by check.
- If your entry will be owned by anyone other than the builder/developer -OR- it will be occupied during the Showcase, download this form and have it signed by the builder and homeowner
In addition, by August 17, you will need to submit:
- Certificate of Insurance, which must list Rochester Area Builders Inc as an additional insured
- One photo, which must be in landscape mode (e.g. wider than it is tall) and at least 1000px wide

Deadlines and Fees
- Thursday, July 6, 5:00 PM: First early registration deadline ($200 off entry fee)
- Thursday, July 27, 5:00 PM: Second early registration deadline ($100 off entry fee)
- Thursday, August 17, 5:00 PM: Final deadline to:
- Submit entries with entry fee and deposit
- Make substitutions or pricing changes
- Submit photos/images
- Cancel for a 50% refund of entry fee
- Thursday, August 24: Deadline to:
- Approve the proof for how your entry will appear in the Showcase Magazine
Fees and Deposits
- Entry Fee: $975 ($200 discount if received by July 6 and $100 if received by July 27)
- Deposit: $400
