Thank you for entering the 2024 Fall Showcase of Homes! Your investment in the community makes this event possible. If you have questions or need help, please email Amber or call (507) 701-2023.

How to Register

Want to register? Just follow the steps below, regardless of entry type:

  1. Complete your online registration at this link.
  2. Download these forms, sign them, and email them to Amber at
  3. Pay your entry fee and deposit.
  4. If your entry will be owned by anyone other than the builder/developer -OR- it will be occupied during the Showcase, download this form and have it signed by the builder and homeowner

In addition, by August 20, you will need to submit:

  1. Certificate of Insurance, which must list Rochester Area Builders Inc as an additional insured
  2. One photo, which must be in landscape mode (e.g. wider than it is tall) and at least 1000px wide

Deadlines and Fees


  • August 1st, 5:00 PM: Early registration deadline ($100 off entry fee)
  • August 20th, 5:00 PM: Final deadline to: Amber at
    • Submit entries with entry fee and deposit (separate check for deposit)
    • Make substitutions or pricing changes
    • Submit photos/images and directions
    • Cancel for a 50% refund of entry fee

Fees and Deposits

  • Entry Fee: $1000 ($100 discount if received by August 1st)
  • Deposit: $400
