How to Register

Opening your doors to the public? Follow the steps below to register your home:

In addition, by August 20, you will need to submit:

  1. Certificate of Insurance, which must list Rochester Area Builders Inc as an additional insured
  2. One photo, which must be in landscape mode (e.g. wider than it is tall) and at least 1000px wide

Deadlines and Dates

  • June 30: Early registration deadline ($250 off entry fee)
  • July 11: Final deadline to: Amber at Amber@rochesterareabuilders.com
    • Submit entries with entry fee and deposit (separate check for deposit)
    • Make substitutions or pricing changes
    • Submit photos/images and directions
    • Cancel for a 50% refund of entry fee
    • Sign pick up: September 26
    • Sign drop off: October 6

  • Entry Fee: $1500 ($250 discount if received by July 11)
  • Deposit: $400
